Studio North sells digital, self-serve products. Everything is delivered as an instant download, and support is by written email only.
7-day clarity refund
If a product isn't clear enough for you to start using or installing it within 7 days of purchase, email hello@getstudionorth.com from (or including) your order email address, and we'll issue a full refund.
- Just tell us what wasn't clear. No calls, no forms, no hoops.
- Requests must be in writing by email, sent within 7 days of your order date.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show them.
What this refund covers and doesn't
This is a clarity refund, not a results guarantee. We don't guarantee leads, bookings, revenue, reviews, or any specific business outcome. Results depend on your market, your offer, and how you put the materials to use.
We can't refund for:
- Change of mind after the files are clear and usable
- Requests after 7 days
- Sharing, reselling, or redistributing the files
